My Story
Raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, MiKayla began her career immersed in the professional theater community, performing on American Idol and at institutions including Children's Theatre Company, History Theatre, and Pillsbury House Theatre.

She is a graduate of the BFA Musical Theatre program at Pennsylvania State University. Following graduation, she led national tours of Henry Box Brown and Rosie Revere, Engineer & Friends, building a foundation in emotionally grounded, physically expressive performance.

Now based in Los Angeles, MiKayla’s recent screen work includes the short films Mothering, Perfectly Innocent, and Baby Girl, as well as the music video It Don’t Twang. She was recently featured on the reality series Meet Me at the Club, expanding her presence in unscripted television, and appeared in a national campaign for Disney. She is currently performing in the stage production Natural Selection.

MiKayla has originated roles in new works by acclaimed writers including Kirsten Childs, Joe Iconis, and Alexander Sage Oyen.

Outside of performance, she studies holistic nutrition, maintains a disciplined training practice, and develops original screenplays.
